We provide fast and efficient free delivery on orders above £100 excluding vat to mainland UK. For orders below £100 excluding vat, a charge of £5.95 is applied for carriage; this applies to mainland UK only.

Delivery is to Mainland UK only. Any deliveries to Highlands and Islands may incur further charges, in this event you will be contacted prior to the order being dispatched. Tuska Ltd accepts no liability for loss, damage or expenses arising from late delivery of goods due to any cause whatsoever.

All products are sent by courier or Royal Mail.

Presently Tuska Ltd does not accept orders outside of the UK

If your items are in stock it is our policy to try to fulfil delivery of orders within 4 working days, deliveries to remote or rural addresses may take longer to deliver. Tuska Ltd will seek to achieve delivery dates as far as it is within its power to do so but any delivery date or time should be treated as an estimate only and not relied upon.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers, or any other third party.

Should any of the items ordered be Out of Stock you will be notified upon receipt of your order. These items will be placed on back order and dispatched as soon as they become available. Items out of stock will be sent to you with no additional delivery charge after your first delivery.

Where the buyer wishes to cancel an order this cancellation must be made with 24 hours of the date of order.

Tuska Ltd reserves the right to pass on any charges that may be incurred due to customer error in ordering.

All Educational Establishments have an instant account with Tuska.

Any School, Children’s Centre, Preschool, Nursery or Special School can order from Tuska and will have an instant account. Orders can be accepted via post, phone, fax and email or the Invoice Me function on our web site.

Any order received from an Educational Establishment are automatically given 30 days credit from date of invoice

For personal and Non Educational establishments full payment for all orders will be taken at the point of order and goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.

Title to the goods does not pass to the purchaser until payment has been received in full.

Incorrect, damaged or missing goods must be reported to Tuska Ltd within 3 days of receipt of goods for claims to be considered.

Please do not return any goods to Tuska Ltd without first contacting our customer service on 01462 649020 for instructions.

Although we do our best to absorb minor fluctuations in exchange rates and manufacturers pricing, prices are subject to change without notice. Customers will be informed of any change prior to dispatch.

All prices displayed are exclusive of VAT, which will be added to your order at a rate of 20% on all applicable items. Tuska Ltd does not have the facility to process tax exempt orders.

Any goods deemed unsuitable must be returned to Tuska Ltd in resaleable condition. Products must be returned in original packaging Tuska Ltd reserves the right to charge for goods returned which are in an unsaleable condition.

If the goods have already been dispatched we ask you to package them up, in resaleable condition and return them to us at your cost. Please be aware that proof of posting is NOT proof of receipt and for this reason we recommend you use a signed-for insured service.

If you request for the goods to be collected we will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect them.

We will refund you as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of us receiving your notification.
